If we take the Spin offs (which all do take place in the timeline) then it’s 100% Joker like that specific Joker could be Top 2-4 (with Nyx above him and maybe Philemon and Nyarlathotep) If we take the Main Games then ist between Joker and Makoto (quick reminder Makoto didn’t beat Nyx he just sealed her/it) Makoto has the Universe Arcana (basically a stronger version of the World Arcana) which is so strong that even Igor doesn’t know its limit (tho all Protagonists are stronger than Igor) Joker’s strength all depends like how strong is Yaldaboath? Yaldaboath has beaten and imprisoned Igor and all Attendants for half a year at minimum also Yaldaboath could have actually beaten Philemon like P5 is the only game where Philemon is missing and the only one where Igor (Philemon’s subordinate) was defeated so there is a chance that Yaldaboath could have beaten him tho it’s not guaranteed. Oh I forgot to Mention that Maruki is way stronger than yalaboath (like that was explicitly stated) which yanks Jokers power scaling even higher like? ATLUS WHY IS JOKER THAT STRONG? This is so confusing like Makoto and Joker are definitely strong but why are their powers so vague? For all we know Joker would only scratch Makoto or Makoto would get pummeled by Joker.
